Y’all.  I’m so excited.  I did my first Rx WOD with pull-ups.  I did 20 pull-ups.  I’m 100% positive some of those would have been counted as a no rep, but I counted them.  If my nose got close to the bar, I counted that bad boy.

I’ve been working toward that Rx next to my name for over a year.  It’s amazing to be proud of my body for what it can do instead of only for what it looks like.  Crossfit has given me such a deep appreciation of what my body is capable of and what I’m capable of as a person.  Increasing the confidence in one area of your life increases your overall confidence.  This past year, the places I’ve grown in confidence most is in Christ and in my body.  As a result, it’s made me more confident professionally, personally, and creatively.

This is another boost.  2014, let’s keep RXing it.
